In the first episode " Honeymoon Period" of "Operation MBBS Season 2" we see Nishant, Sakshi, and Huma, who brings out the struggle of every second-year MBBS student. Nishant being an average student lost all his hope. He gets ragged by his senior, Yadav. He gets humiliated for being an average student in MBBS.


 His juniors do not recognize him for his work, whereas they praised Sakshi and Huma for their work as they got good grades in the first year. Nishant was asked by Gajju Bhai to tutor his daughter Lata. Upon hearing his 50% -55% grade in the first year of the MBBS exam, she refused to study from Nishant. 


being frustrated with himself he talks with his roommate, KC, who encouraged him to take part in the cultural fest. Nishant takes up his advice and approaches the head of the cultural fest, Yadav. Yadav at first denied him and insulted Nishant's father. 


Nishant took a stand for himself and asked Yadav to respect his father, who is also a senior to Yadav. Upon seeing Nishant's courage Yadav took him to the cultural fest committee. 


 Huma on The other side gets frustrated for always being the fourth in class. Her batchmates, even Nishant and Sakshi, make fun of her for being the fourth in her class. She is struggling with her own fears and wants to be the topper.



Her mother is pressuring her for the USMLE examination. For being the fourth in the class and not being the best she becomes delusion about seeing everything four around her, which makes her more and more frustrated. 

Sakshi is busy taking care of her Raju Kaka who is diagnosed with complicated diabetics and has to take insulin daily. Raju Kaka's son has gone out to study for AIIMS and her does not want him to worry about his father and wants him to focus on his study.
